Tammy practices almost exclusively in Wills, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. With a background in a general commercial practice and exposure to complex taxation matters, she is skilled in advising clients in different scenarios from simple arrangements, through to complex family and business structures. She is well known for her responsiveness and for providing plain English legal advice which is geared towards a practical solution, taking into account the web of relationships we develop throughout life. Tammy has a genuine desire to help people create a plan that suits their personal and business goals, and goes above and beyond to ensure clients understand any proposal she recommends. Her broad education and experience equips her with the practical knowledge to avoid pitfalls, a genuine ability to empathize and a desire to enhance the ultimate gift given to survivors – an effective and positive Estate Plan.
