Our Corporate team members have substantial experience drafting Prospectuses, Product Disclosure Statements and Information Memorandums and share purchase plans to assist clients who are conducting fundraising activities. Our team members also have substantial experience in assisting clients with listing on the ASX and advising on compliance with ASX listing rules and other legislative and regulatory requirements.

The application of the Managed Investment Scheme and Financial Services Reform legislation is widespread, and affects businesses with operations in a range of industries. Nicholsons’ Corporate team members have experience advising clients in relation to the intricacies of these corporate law issues and have assisted clients to deal with the impact of those pieces of legislation since their commencement.
